Calling to memory again the historic principles of binding and loosing we refer to the Old Testament times of the judges of the twelve tribes of Israel supported by the elders, and the scribes who studied the scriptures in search of legal applications for both physical and spiritual life.
Scribes in ancient Israel were learned men whose business was to study the Law, transcribe it, and write commentaries on it. They were also hired on occasions when the need for a written document arose or when an interpretation of a legal point was needed with the scriptures being the foundational source for these legal positions. Ezra, “a teacher well versed in the Law of Moses,” was a scribe (Ezra 7:6). Many of the New Testament scriptures use the word “lawyer,” to refer to the scribe. The scribe or lawyer, therefore, was an expert or scholar of the Mosaic Law.
A “lawyer” or “scribe” would focus their efforts on copying Scripture and other religious texts. The Lawyer or Scribe is also replaced by the word “doctor.” This is not the medical doctor, but a Doctor of Theology (what we would call a “Th.D.”). He was a very learned man in Jewish religion and skilled in the interpretation and application of the Mosaic Law.
The scribes, lawyers and doctors of the Law took their job of preserving Scripture very seriously. They would copy and recopy the Tanakh meticulously, even counting letters and spaces to ensure each copy was correct. We can thank the Jewish scribes for preserving the Old Testament portion of our Bibles.
In agreement with the Judges and Elders the Scribes would allow or forbid a specific matter based on their interpretation and application of scripture. This is a judicial decision which at times would be confirmed among the representatives of the people at the tent of meeting or the Temple.
The Tent of Meeting (Tabernacle) and the Temple were the centre of the Covenant and represented the heart of the universe i.e., heaven and earth and carried YHWH’s presence.
An agreement or consensus would be reached, or a judgment or verdict would be made over a matter and by it a decree was established considering the agreed interpretation of scripture with its applied relevance to that matter. By the established decree something would be forbidden, or not allowed, or even prohibited, and something else would be established, affirmed, and allowed.
It was not as if they made loose interpretations of the scriptures, and that people took liberties to make up their ideas of how certain portions of scriptures should be interpreted. The call to be a judge and scribe or an elder representing the people was a huge responsibility. Judging the smaller matters or the weightier matters had to first be based on the straightforward outline of the Torah and the Tanakh. But there were points in the law that could be seen as a generic instruction on something and how it should be treated. However, it seems as though YHWH in His infinite wisdom left room for His people to carry the responsibility of learning to judge matters in sync with His Word and seek God’s wisdom in its practical application. The Judge, Elder and Scribe certainly feared God in their judging and interpreting of scripture. They knew that their determined judgment and interpretation of God’s Word on a matter, was witnessed by the people’s representatives at the tent of meeting and all of heaven and earth and God’s presence over the Ark of the Covenant. They knew that from that day on a precedence was set and that interpretation and judgment would apply to all matters of similar nature and to the people. But they knew it would apply to them to. No one was excluded, everyone was equal under the law. Any interpretation of scripture and its following judgment became a decree and would have to be honoured by all the people subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant covenant.
That is why Jesus refreshed the people of the book (the Jews) of their enormous responsibility. Their divine call to judge and interpret scripture and how it applies to any situation was not to be taken lightly.
Matthew 7
1 Judge not, that ye be not judged. 2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. 3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? 4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
I suppose over time the scribes (not all but many) became so rigid and began to exclude themselves as being subject to the same judgment they felled on others. In their interpretations of scripture, specifically the Talmud and their need to be right had driven them to an extreme where they lost sight of their human frailty. By the time Jesus came on the scene the pride of their self-righteousness had reached an empirical height that would end in a devastating crash to ground “0” in their generation during the desolation of Jerusalem in 70 A.D.
Here is a notable example of how Jesus used His judicial power to administrate justice by the Law of Moses and Himself as the Word made flesh. Remember as a man He also functioned as a judge, scribe, lawyer and doctor of the Law by interpreting the verse from the Torah in this way.
Matthew 4
10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
Jesus quoted scripture from the Torah to Satan. He is quoting from;
Deuteronomy 6
13 Thou shalt fear the Lord thy God, and serve him, and shalt swear by his name.
But wait a minute this Old Testament verse uses the word “fear” and Jesus uses the word “Worship”. Well, the word “fear” can be interpreted as “revere, honour, awe, respect”. The word “worship” is interpreted as; to prostrate oneself in homage. Homage meaning an expression of profound respect and honour. The Hebrew word “fear” and the Greek word “worship” are not so different in their meaning. However, it is almost as though Jesus sheds a bit more light on the original meaning and usage of the word “fear.” Fear can justifiably be defined as: to be afraid of (someone or something) who is likely to be dangerous, painful, or harmful. But Jesus emphasises that we are not to fear God as someone who is a threat to us, or who is likely to be dangerous, painful or harmful but that the giving of great respect and honour to God was the original intended meaning for the word “fear” in this Old Testament scripture.
So the Judges, Scribes and Elders were those appointed leaders of the Hebrew tribes, until God anointed the Kings to rule. During the Monarchic period of the people of Israel the etymology and role of the judges seems to change to the word “officer”. From King to High Priest to Scribes and Elders, Judges and Officers they all formed an integral part of the leadership of the people. When it came to adherence to the rule of law, in their case the law of Moses, the Torah was meant to provide the overarching principle for governance.
In that case it was fundamentally crucial that rulers and leaders of the people were grounded in the words of “instruction” from the Torah, which is the literal meaning of the word Torah.
This required the need for devoted experts involved in an ongoing study of the scriptures. Out of the religious leadership of the people emerged the Pharisees, Sadducees, and the Essenes who each had their own emphasis and different views on how to interpret scripture. Of course, the Pharisees believed that in addition to the written Torah there was also the oral Torah that was given to Moses on the mountain. They believed the Oral Torah carried equal authority to the written Torah. The Sadducees believed there was no such thing as the oral law and the Essenes saw the oral law as inspired exegesis of the written law. Nevertheless, this group of people became the body of leadership who would interpret scripture, and it’s application when sitting in judgment over the situations that needed to be ruled.
Their task of governance meant that they were to decide on what was morally acceptable and what was not within their community. They were to create boundaries to acceptable behaviour. This will involve deciding on the application of ‘laws’ and needed to be enforced.
The King, the High Priest, the Scribes, the officers, the doctors of the law were the ones to decide on the application of the laws of the Torah for the community and they held the power – because they also held the power to punish the trespasser and transgressor.
In ancient times, the people of Israel living in Canaan developed their own rule of law: the law of the Torah, the Mishna, and the Talmud. Then came the separation of land into the Northern Kingdom Israel, and the Southern Kingdom Judah for more than 1,800 years. During the years of exile to Babylon the law left the land together with the people and the land acquired other laws, changing from time to time with the change of consecutive conquerors. The Jews took their law with them wherever they went, continued to develop it, and submitted to it wherever their communities enjoyed any measure of autonomy.
I agree that the above material barely skims over what is a huge subject of the history of the Hebrew leadership and their own unique system governance by following the instructions of the Torah to establish their rule of law. However, I believe the point is made here that the people of Israel in essence had the Torah as basic instruction and the interpretation of scripture for practical application had to be made on the prayerful consensus of the ever present witness of YHWH at the Ark of the Covenant and the witnesses of all key representatives of the people to set a precedence and evoke the rule of law for the people.
Look at these powerful statements by Jesus.
Matthew 18
18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. 19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. 20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
In our modern Evangelical/Pentecostal/Faith and Grace Churches we habitually quoted these words of Jesus as if He was saying we should hold hands standing in a circle and say amen at the end of a prayer as a sign of agreement. Though that can be immensely powerful it really isn’t necessarily what Jesus is bringing into focus. He is really reiterating the Torah principle that there was a joined responsibility between YHWH and the people to establish God’s divine rule of law. Remember, Jesus was a teacher of the Torah. Although the truth He teaches here carries over into the New Covenant, He was zooming into the responsibility and the power the people had with God to establish a verdict followed by God-ordained decree.
Genesis 32
28 And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.
Jacob wrestled with a man presumably God, or the Angel of the Lord and prevailed. Wow, obviously God could have burned him into ashes just like that, but God must have felt that He Himself was obligated to yield to Jacob. And this is where Jesus points out to his hearers, who were all Jews who all had knowledge of the Torah and that even they as common people had power with God. Certainly not to make their own laws separate from God’s word, but as a people of God in agreement with His Torah and to follow the witness of the Shekinah glory above the Ark of the Covenant and the conscience of the people.
There is one significantly important thing that Jesus does here in chapter 18 of Matthew (below). He is addressing the people and is saying that all, everyone carries the responsibility to judge righteously, interpret scripture accurately and apply it in agreement with God and the Church.
By the way, the word “Church” in verse 17 is not exclusively referring to the Christian Church groups gathering for worship. The Christian Church groups as we know them did not even exist at that time. Jesus was speaking to His people the Jews. They generally all believed they were the children of Abraham and followed the teachings of the Law of Moses and the Prophets. When a travelling Rabbi came through the region especially someone like Jesus with His reputation of healing the sick there was a huge gathering of the locals who came to hear Him. The Greek word Ecclesia translated as “Church” here in context means: a gathering of citizens called out from their homes into some public place, an assembly. An assembly of the council at a public place for the purpose of deliberating and engage in long careful consideration of local issues or matters of law and governance. Of course, we can apply the word “Church” also to our concept of the Christian Church as Jesus’ teaching here transcends from Old to New Covenant era.
Matthew 18
15 Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. 16 But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. 17 And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.
You see the general leadership of the Jewish people in Jesus’ day had morphed into this “top down” hierarchy run by those who considered themselves exclusive from judgment and superior to the people. They had become the elite ones who held occult (secret) knowledge of the scriptures and assumed they held the keys to the Kingdom. But Jesus took that power of control away from them by telling the common people they all equally had that power and the responsibility to live and practice this truth. The Torah, the Law of Moses was given to all the Hebrew people and for all to live by it. This meant that the rule of law as a practical application of the scripture was for all. When the representatives of the people were sitting as a “jury of peers” they were responsible to establish the rule of law for all no one excluded.
In our day we have all witnessed that almost all countries across the world seem to hold to a two-tier justice system. Meaning that it is one law for the many and another for the few in charge who seem to literally get away with murder. Interestingly enough Wikipedia shows the following definition: “The rule of law is the political philosophy (?) that all citizens and institutions within a country, state, or community are accountable to the same laws, including lawmakers and leaders.” That is seriously watered-down and therefore a falsehood by deception. Its completely wrong on every level. It is not a political philosophy. Although it may be a philosophy for some politicians. No, it is a fact that “All are equal under the rule of law and all people, citizens and institutions within a country, state, or community are accountable to the same laws, including lawmakers and leaders and politicians.”
The ancient principle of the rule of law for the people of Israel came with the responsibility for its leadership to prohibit, and to allow, to bind and to loosen, to forbid and to permit. When the agreement was reached, it became a decree that had to be honoured by all. The unique difference between the people of Israel and the heathen nations was that the people of Israel had their rule of law system based in the Covenants with YHWH. A consensus to bind or to loosen would have to be rooted in the Tanakh and its respective covenant between God and the people. The heathen nation served their pagan gods, which were simply dark spirits or demonic spirits with whom they entered into covenant. A covenant was entered by swearing the relevant oath expressing commitment by the surrender of their complete life. A sacrifice of a life, usually an animal, was made and the blood flow became the seal of that covenant which had its binding benefits if the covenant was upheld, and binding consequences if the covenant was not upheld. The sacrificed animal represented the ones swearing the oath of commitment. The covenant with its terms and conditions itself is the strongest binding contract that exists. In Deuteronomy 28 we see the list of blessings (benefits) when the Covenant was kept and the list of curses (consequences) if the people broke the Covenant. The ancient heathen nations had their gods and established their own covenants with these gods. Very often their rituals involved human sacrifices as a means to ratify their covenants with their gods (evil spirits). The heathen and pagan covenants were demonic in nature and were Satan’s inspired inversion of the real and holy covenants established by God. That is why any true occult practise where the participant hopes to gain significant power always involves blood sacrifice. It attracts the demonic because the sacrifice as performed in satanic and occult rituals has at its root the intention to make a mockery of YHWH and His eternal sacrifice of Jesus.
A covenant was also the only way a spirit could legally gain influence in this material world. That is because that covenant contract is the people’s consent and active participation in yielding their sovereignty to these gods (demons) to have mastery over them.
Let us be clear the principle of covenants was God’s idea. Even God had to gain the consent of the people on earth to be able manifest Himself by means of a covenant. That is because God put man in the earth to hold the sovereignty and dominion. A sovereign has no higher authority over them. Unless of course people chose to yield to the sovereignty of YHWH over them by means of a covenant. So then God becomes a man and as a man He represents all of humanity. He becomes His own sacrifice and establishes the New Covenant with YHWH. Wow, and now all of humanity benefits, because we are all in Christ. We cannot enter nor leave this New Covenant. We also cannot break this Covenant because Christ set up this Covenant representing us all. He had to become a man so that He would be able to represent all of mankind. All people are in Him, and He is in the people. When Christ appeared in the Heavenly Courts before the Ancient of Days as per Daniel 7:17 He made intercession for us by saying, “I am the people” and agreed with the Judge of the universe, His Father, and our Father that the New Covenant was to be ratified for all of eternity.
This was heaven’s highest court in session. The case was presented. The terms and conditions were agreed. In fulfilment of all the Old Testament Covenants, the Law the psalms and the Prophets, the oaths were sworn by all parties, the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, and the New Covenant of Peace was sealed with the blood of the lamb. In doing so, Christ agreed with the Father that all the sin of the world would be forgiven.
Collosians 2
13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; 14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
The Greek word for “handwriting” originally referred to “a note of hand, or writing in which one acknowledges that money has either been deposited with him or lent to him by another, to be returned at an appointed time” (Thayer’s Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament).
The Greek Lexicon of the New Testament by Parkhurst gives the meaning of “cheirographon”: “Anything written with the hand such as a bond, note of hand; it signifies sort a of note under a man’s hand, whereby he obliges himself to the payment of any debt.” In other words, a note of debt or a note of guilt. It was eventually referred to as an acknowledgment of debt. We all owed a massive debt to God because of sin. This record of debt was against us. It was contrary to us. It was the thing that Satan the accuser of the brethren used against us as an adversary in heavens court.
Notice the Apostle Paul in Colossians 2:13 did not say Jesus paid that debt for us. No, He did not at all. He took that record of debt, that bond, and note of hand. He took that list of guilt and took it out of the way by nailing it to the cross, and thus the debt was cancelled and we are forgiven of all trespasses. The consequence of nailing the debt bond to the cross was that Jesus took all of Satan’s Armour to argue his case against us away from him.
Collosians 2
15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
When Christ appeared before the Ancient of Days Jesus reached consensus with the Judge of the universe that the New Covenant sealed in His blood meant that all sin was forgiven, and all debt of sin cancelled. That is why the death of Christ on the cross is so powerful, it is where all your past sins, all of your ancestral and generational sins, and all of your current outstanding sins and all of your future sins are forgiven. That is why the cross is the place where Jesus triumphed over Satan. When Jesus appeared in the glorious high court of heaven as the lamb that was slain the New Covenant was confirmed and decreed. The High Court of Heaven made out an eternal Court Order that all of mankind is forgiven and this Order must be honoured by all creatures in heaven and earth. This Order is a debt cancellation. It is however a double barrel shotgun because this debt cancellation is also a Restraining Order.
When here in the United Kingdom Court System someone is convicted with domestic abuse offences the court will often issue a Restraining Order. This is a court order which will contain relevant prohibitions such as no contact directly or indirectly, with the Victim and associated persons such as children who may have witnessed the traumatic domestic abuse incident. The Restraining Order is there to protect the Victim from further harm or harassment. If the defendant breaches the order, they will be liable to arrest, prosecution and a term of imprisonment. The Order is imposed upon the defendant by the court. Whilst the domestic abuse case was heard in court the Victim was classified as the Victim. After sentencing, when all matters for the case are concluded the Order is issued and from then on, the Victim is technically no longer classified as Victim. If the defendant breaches the order by contacting the Victim, then the Victim is really the Witness to a breach of a restraining order, which is then treated as a contempt of court. You see where the domestic abuse was at first between the defendant and the victim, once the Restraining Order is issued a breach is now a matter between the defendant and the court, and Victim is merely the Witness. Based on the death and resurrection of Christ a New Covenant was established, humanity is forgiven, satan is stripped of his legal right to accuse us. When satan does present his accusation against us now he is directly in breach of a Restraining Order against him that was made out against him by decree from the highest court in Heaven. Satan is only able to commit these breaches by the consent of people who yield to his lies and deception. Those who learn the truth can take back their sovereignty and stop satan’s influence over their life’s at once.
As believers we really need to learn that everything God does in our life’s and in this world must be conducted within the norms of the legal system of the New Covenant.
This may surprise those who have been following the “Grace message” or “the Love of God for us message”. What I am explaining is in no way a contradiction to Grace or God’s love for us. I am not talking about “legalism”. Legalism is that believe system that says you must live right and do right or God will punish you now in this life and the hereafter. Legalism is self-righteousness and is a toxic believe system which has nothing to do with the Gospel. The many Grace preachers have pointed out that the legalistic angry preacher depicts God as the angry judge who is angry with the wicked everyday and will judge and sentence with punishment. Of course, the Grace preachers are absolutely right in pointing out the error of such a view of God.
What I am saying is that YHWH in Christ bound Himself by oath to the New Covenant of which the terms and conditions are that all of humanity is in Christ and therefore redeemed from sin and death. This is a Covenant set up between the Father, and the Son and witnessed by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit therefore bears witness to us of this fact. This is a Covenant by which first forgiveness for sin is extended to all generations of mankind. As earlier indicated a blood covenant involves the death of all parties to the agreement. Jesus is YHWH and yet human who died on the cross. Now humanity was with Christ and in Him when He died on the cross. Yet we were all born a new creation united in the resurrection of Christ and made One Spirit with Him. This was all God’s work and an undeserved gift to all of us. It was by His Grace and through His faith so that we could not claim any credit. He did it because of His amazing love for us, and He bound Himself by oath to uphold this New Covenant forever. Therefore, according to this New Covenant God can not punish us neither here on earth nor in the hereafter or He would be breaking His own oath to the Covenant.
It is a Covenant which established eternal peace between God and mankind. That is why it is a Covenant of Grace and Peace.
Now when God moves in our life’s He will always uphold this New Covenant which is an expression of His love and a work of His grace. He will not force you or manipulate you or anyone to do anything. This New Covenant is equally a new order by which justice is governed. The legalist is right in saying that God is a judge and a just judge at that. However, every judge must judge according to the rule of law even they are subject to. The Covenant of Peace is the legal norm by which YHWH now judges. The God of Heaven and earth and of the Universe, YHWH, the Ancient of Days according to the New Covenant in Christ judges you as forgiven of all the debt of your sin.
The legal norm of this Covenant is so powerful that when Satan would try to present accusations against you, you can use the same legality within the framework of the New Covenant, which has as its basis the death and resurrection of Christ. If you know you committed the alleged offences accused of by your adversary, then quickly agree.
Matthew 5
25 Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison.
The heavenly court presents the charges and the question is asked how do you plead? Guilty or Not Guilty? (Beware: pleading either guilty or not guilty in an Earthly Court is the defendants consent that they are submitting to that courts judiciary) However, regarding spiritual matters, it is advisable as per Jesus’ statement that you admit guilt quickly. Yes, Father whatever Satan says I did, I’m guilty of it all. But I plead upon the blood of Jesus which seals the New Covenant of Peace, by which I am forgiven of all sin as per your judgment.
This is the point where every accusation of Satan is illegal and a breach of the legal norm upon which Heaven’s court now rules. This makes Satan the one committing a breach of legal process.
You see the New Covenant is a contract of a New Order of the rule of law. This contract is recorded in Heaven and written in our printed Bible’s on Earth. It is a Covenant which issues a decree from Heaven’s court that must be honoured by every creature in Heaven and Earth. As soon as the Lamb of God presented His blood before the Ancient of Days, and the case was heard, the oaths were sworn, the New Covenant was sealed with His blood a Heavenly Court Order was made out.
A Restraining Order against Satan.
By this Heavenly Court Order Jesus Restrained and bound the strong man who was the ruler and the prince of the power of the air and of the darkness in this world. This Heavenly Restraining Order comes with prohibitions imposed upon Satan and all the forces of darkness. Satan still accuses millions of people before Heaven’s court to this day. That is because he is riding of the back of the people’s ignorance. All people in Earth today have the sovereign right to enter God’s Heavenly Court. You can only do this by faith. Satan though not allowed in Heaven’s court on his own merit uses the people’s right of entrance. When God askes Satan “what are you doing here, you know you are not allowed to be here?” Satan answers and states, “I am aware of Your Court Order Sir, but the people consented to me using their sovereign right of entrance”. Everyone who awakens to the Gospel truth can use their sovereignty and withdraw consent from Satanic contracts by simply stating their status in Christ, as forgiven an righteous. You can now raise counter allegations against Satan and the forces of darkness.
Revelation 12
10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
I referred to Satan as the accuser of the brethren several times throughout this study, but that was in context with how things were once upon a time before the cross. Here in Revelation 12:10 we see that Satan was cast down as an accuser. This means he lost his case against us.
Satan was defeated as an accuser and prosecutor in heaven by the Lamb of God. That once and for all biggest Court Case in Heaven cast Satan down the advantage of accuser when Jesus raised His counter allegations. All of us present our cases on the precedence of that triumphant case. If you truly understand this you know that we now become the prosecution, we now accuse Satan as we raise allegations regarding the evil works he’s had part in in this world. We win the case on the back of the eternal case won by Jesus and we judge Satan and the fallen Angels that followed him.
1 Corinthians 6
3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
Thus, we take back what the devil stole from – we the people, for almost two thousand years.
If you have ever seen a trial hearing in an earthly court room, you will know that there is the Prosecution and the Defence. The defendant is the one indicted or charged with an offence. The prosecutor is the plaintiff or represents the complainant or could even be the complainant themselves. In the secret (occult) protocol of court practises on Earth, according to Black’s Law Dictionary the prosecution is in a superior position and the defendant is mostly on their backfoot in an inferior position. That is until the defendant presents a counter allegation. When Defendant raises counter allegations, the defence also becomes the complainant, and this will put everyone on and equal level playing field. It is a game changer.
Satan was once the accuser, the complainant, the plaintiff, the prosecutor but Jesus nailed the whole debt bond of humanity to the cross and hauled Satan into Heaven’s court. This time Satan could not make any accusation against the people stick. With every accusation Satan presented, Jesus could show His blood and the order of the New Covenant by which the whole debt of sin was cancelled. Afterwards, Jesus turns the table before the judge of all Heaven and Earth and presents His case against Satan and all spiritual forces of darkness.
Jesus becomes the plaintiff and the accuser. He is able to satisfy the court that all of Satan’s hold upon mankind was fraudulently put into place by means of deception. He is able to show that Satan has no authority over people and that the only way he can ever influence them is when the people give their consent to the forces of darkness to have influence over them.
When Jesus, the Lamb of God stood before the Ancient of Days, the legal norms of the New Covenant became the basis for all our prayers and cases we would ever present in Heaven’s Court. Remember when we ask God for anything, we are making a demand of something that is due to us according to the Covenant we are subject to. When we pray according to His will, will meaning Testament, meaning Covenant, we know the Judge, the Ancient of Days will hear our Case. And when we know that He heard our case, we know that we have those things we asked of Him.
1 John 5
14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: 15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
The word “petition” means a request appealing to authority in respect of a particular cause. Each case you want to present in Heaven’s Court, whether it be for yourself, your family, loved ones, or anything, and anyone; when interceding for this world, you must know and believe your grounds upon which you may have audience with the Father to be heard.
The Ground for audience in Heaven’s Court of Justice begins with the attestation
When entering Heaven’s Court you must first present the attestation. According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, the attestation is “an official verification of something as true or authentic.” You are the person verifying the authenticity or validity of your faith in Christ. You are not there on your own merit. You appear before the Ancient of Days and have audience with the Judge of the Universe because you were crucified with Christ and raised with Christ as a New Creation and Jesus is now your righteousness which is of God. Only on that basis alone will you be able to safely raise allegations against Satan. Remember, you are now the plaintiff. You have identified the fraudulent deception and illegality of Satan’s work in this world. You present the facts, the evidence as best as you know them. Bear in mind that God knows the very intricacies of all the evidence. You then raise the fact that Satan has no right and no authority to cause harm to people or this planet.
Satan and all evil spirits and demons have no authority. When something is not true it carries no authority. It can have the appearance of authority, but it is really rebellion and an attempt to usurp control.
But Satan being the defence, might say that the people used their free will to yield to him and give him their consent to have control in their life’s.
It is a contract. The people consented to their freedoms being taken away by their governments. They consented to paying extortionate taxes. They consented to the global debt system set up by the central banks and the international monetary fund. They consented to working inhuman long hours for little pay. The list goes on.
You can state: A contract made without all parties having understood its terms and conditions, is fraudulent. The people did not have full disclosure. Had they fully comprehended what the terms and conditions were, any reasonable person with sound mind would never have consented. Therefore, the people were tricked and deceived, and on that basis, I declare here in Heaven’s Court all these fraudulent contracts as nullified. The people must be released with immediate effect. That is my judgment in this case.
O Ancient of Days how do you judge? Now that I placed my petition before you, and asked for your judgment according to your will, according to your order of the New Covenant in Christ.
The people neglected to trust you, they acted foolishly but in Christ they to are forgiven. They were deceived and taken captive to do Satan’s bidding as slaves to these fraudulent contracts.
O Father I stand here in Christ and Christ represents the people. I am the people. I ask the court for an Order to be made out which is a decree demanding the release of the people from their slave contracts. A decree that is based on the New Covenant of Peace, which is your will father. A decree that prohibits Satan and all forces of darkness from further enslaving humanity. An Order which decrees that humanity on Earth is set free. Now that I have prayed according to your will, I know that you have heard my case and I have what I requested.
I prayed your will, and You judge as I do and I as You do.
2 Corinthians 13
1…. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.
This Order has been decreed and must be honoured by all creatures in Heaven and Earth. The Holy Angelic armies of heaven are deployed to enforce this order imposed upon the forces of darkness if they breach it.
We the people will remind Satan and all evil spirits on the battleground of this Heavenly order that was made out by the Ancient of Days and they are bound and restrained from causing any harm or injury to any man, woman or child in this world. In Jesus Name!
