The Rules that Apply
When we are serious about studying the scriptures we should be equally serious about the rules that apply to interpreting the ancient literature. Interpreting the meanings of words, concepts and ideas presented in the relevant translated text is equally dependant upon whether or not the translation of the ancient languages of the Hebrew, Aramaic and Koine Greek is accurate. After years of going through the scriptures with an inquisitive mind and the attitude of an obsessed gold digger I truly believe that the bulk of our Bible translations as we know it represents the Word of God as He intended for humanity to have access to. Despite of the intentional attempts of those committed to the evil of being an enemy of Christ and the people; The members of an old secret brotherhood who hijacked the discipline of Theology and the office of the scribe and the translating of the ancient manuscripts to strategically plant words in our translations that would partially eclipse the true intended meaning of the original writers of the scriptures. I am grateful to our God, whom is more than capable, showing Himself faithful to His word, His Covenant in Christ and the people to guarantee the preservation of the scriptures of Old and New Testament throughout millennia to this day. Now in our time we have the additional numerous amazing study tools assisting us to recover much of the truth that was hidden behind the veil of bad translations. And thus, the true Gospel comes to shine it’s bright light beam like it has not been able to shine for so long. Curiously, this process is happening in our generation as we are living in a time where billions of people across the world are experiencing an awakening to truth or are waking up to a hunger for truth and reality.
Like it or not, to read your Bible and to comprehend the meaning of verses, chapters, books, and the message they convey is all language based. Words by themselves are like a shell empty of purpose until they are given meaning, accompanied with the definition, and potentially attached to that word the projected association by the user(s) of that word. Once the word has meaning it carries the vibration like that of a cymbal. A vibration that has an endless reverb in the universe, which is a matrix of nothing but vibrations. A word selected to be used in forming a sentence becomes the parse i.e., the grammatical part of that sentence. A combination of words in the appropriate order or syntax can then convey the intended message. In this way words can stimulate the internal kinaesthetic (feelings), visual, and activate further internal auditory and dialogue, and many more combinations of the internal representational systems in people.
The Language of Contract
In the process of purchasing property the legal documents such as the draft contract is presented by the seller’s solicitor to the client who needs to study the document. During the contract negotiation phase, the buyer needs to ensure that all pertinent information is included. The legal language in the document, should provide the basis for understanding the terms and conditions. Well, how many of us really read the pages of the small print when we enter a lease contract for a vehicle or any other contract for utilities such as phones, and internet. Yet, it is the small print which contains the legal language. The language used must be precise, accurate and specific to cover all points in the terms and conditions to which all parties entering the contract must agree. If there is no agreement there can be no contract.
Rule of Engagement 1: A contract made without all parties having understood it, is fraudulent.
The legal language in a contract is build by the use of grammar. Grammar is defined as a system of language rules that allows you to combine individual words to make complex meanings. There are rules for grammar. Down through the ages they have been codified and recorded.
The documents sent us by banks, and courts, and government agencies do not generally define the rules of syntax they are employing to their customer or respondent.
A Piece of Paper which represents a draft contract is a Court.
No less than a tennis court or basketball court or law court. They each have rules for being out of bounds. Just like the famous tennis player John McEnroe from the early 70s used to argue with the umpire that the ball was out or in bounds of the tennis court lines. In a similar way incorrect syntax of a document on paper may render it out-of-bounds.
Rule of Engagement 2: A rule of syntax is the maintenance of now-time. Now-time is the game. The goal of the grammar game is to stay In-Bounds by staying in present-time.
Certain words and sentence structure are “out-of-bounds” because they take us elsewhere than Now on the page of our playing field i.e., court. Staying Now in our sentences in the game of grammar will keep us in bounds. It keeps the ball in the court of “the moment”.
Truth is reality
The ancient Greek only had one word for truth, it was the word “reality”. Remember truth carries authority. When truth veers off from reality and begins to entertain untruth or falsehood it not longer carries authority and jurisdiction, unless you submit to it as jurisdiction (notwithstanding it is false jurisdiction) and allow its influence in your life. All authority comes from God. Falsehood does not carry God’s authority.
By keeping the “jurisdiction” (right-speaking) of Truth in Now-time we remain in honour of reality where the authority of God operates. The opposing team (Satan, and the agencies in this world, which evil spiritual forces might try to use) wishes to remove us from the jurisdiction of the Now, for us to be in dishonour. They may take advantage of us with fraudulent contracts in the hope that we will not notice the fraud, or even notice that we are entering into a contract.
What is it that keeps us in the here and now on the court of a contract? It is the use of present tense only. Avoid using words that express past or future tense, because it is out of bounds.
What is opposing truth/reality on a page or even speech? Bad syntax grammar.
Repeat: Rule of Engagement 1: Contracts that are not completely understood by all parties are fraudulent. But it’s up to us to catch them at it. Therefore, the next Rule of Engagement applies.
Rule of Engagement 3: A statement not refuted (rebutted) is considered to stand as fact. The other team can deceive and cheat to take you out of bounds, but only so long as you don’t refute / rebut what they do. You have to call them out on it. Yet sadly, many are unaware, or unwilling to withstand these wiles of deceit. Therefore, the next Rule of Engagement applies.
Rule of Engagement 4: Legal maxim in the World system: He who is unaware, allow him to be.
The legal Document of a Contract is a Court, but what is Court?
A “formal assembly held by a sovereign,” from Old French cort “king’s court; princely residence”, an “enclosed yard,” and by extension (and perhaps by association with curia “sovereign’s assembly”), “those assembled in the yard; company, cohort,” and “with, together” and “garden, plot of ground”.
From the purely physical sense a “palace, residence of a sovereign” and “enclosed space connected with a building or buildings” (early 14 century), and the sporting sense “smooth, level plot of ground on which a ball game is played” (1510s, originally of tennis). Also “short arm of a public street, enclosed on three sides by buildings” (1680s), formerly noted for poverty or as business districts.
From the notion of “surroundings of a sovereign in his regal state” comes the legal meaning “a tribunal for judicial investigation” From 13the century, early assemblies for justice were overseen by the sovereign personally, also “hall or chamber where justice is administered”.
When we think of court we generally think in terms of a Courthouse with Judges and Magistrates, Jury, lawyers and Barristers. But it used to be the King’s court who was the sovereign of his kingdom. The Kings court very often was tiled with big square slabs and the flooring would almost look like a giant chess game board. The King’s court would usually have the joker and other entertainers acting and playing to keep the King and his guests entertained. But was also a place where royal decrees were announced first and where judicial decisions were made. But scripture reveals to us that we are all sovereign. Sovereign meaning that there is no higher authority over the one who is sovereign other than God. If you live in a country with a monarchy, the King or Queen of that nation is usually prescribed to being the sovereign of the state. Here in the United Kingdom many people also believe that apart from the Monarchie the government is sovereign. The reality is that we are all sovereign and only God is a higher authority than us.
“that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth” (U.S. President Abraham Lincoln, The Gettysburg Address, November 19, 1863)
Thus, a cornerstone of true democracy is that government officials should be of the people, elected by the people, and work for the betterment of the people. The reality is that the word “democracy” has been hijacked by corrupt politicians and have used double talk to give an occult (secret) meaning to this word.
William Guy Carr author of “Satan Prince of This World (p. 110) says;
“The Goyim (non-Jews) were encouraged to destroy established government and religions in order to establish democracies. Democracies were defined (deceptively) as being government, and religion, of the people, by the people, for the people. Thus, the vast majority understand the word democracy even today. In actual fact the word “democracy” means demoniacal or mob-rule. Those who direct the Luciferian conspiracy, AT THE TOP, use the “mob” to do the fighting and destroy their governments and religions, then they subjugate the mob.”
Consider when you might hear a Politician make the following statements; “in the name of democracy”, “for the sake of our democracy”, “this is a threat to our democracy” are they referring to a system of government of the people where all the eligible members of parliament or of the senate are elected by the people as their representatives? The word democracy comes from the Greek words “demos”, meaning people, and “kratos” meaning power; so democracy can be thought of as “power of the people”: a way of governing which depends on the will of the people.
However, if they are referring to mob-rule, or rather rule over the mob then each time they use the word “democracy” they will have a different image in their mind than that of the people listening to their address.
What about the statement “this is a direct attack upon our way of life”? Is it a genuine expression of high concern for the integrity of the people and their sovereign inalienable rights? Or is it perhaps a statement with occult dark meaning saying “this is a direct attack upon the control we as the elite seek to exercise over the mob who are nothing more than meaningless useless chattel”
Jesus said in Matthew 7
15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. 16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
Are your politicians approachable? Will they listen to the people? Will they admit their wrongs and make genuine efforts to do right unto the people? Or are they turning a deaf ear to the voices of the people. Do they stonewall, filibuster and gaslight any attempt of those who disagree with them, who challenge them with questions they don’t want to answer?
What about the national mainstream news outlets in your country? Are they pushing one narrative whilst ignoring whistle-blowers, and those who present evidence contrary to their narrative? Are they therefore not partial and biased? Is the concept of “freedom of speech” used and hijacked claiming that those who disagree with them are behaving in an un-democratic way, trying to silence their news narrative, yet they themselves are not allowing any voice of opposition airtime.
What when the people hear the words spoken by those in charge but assume the words used mean one thing, yet those who speak associate an occult (secret) meaning with the same words and are therefore speaking “doublespeak”. The people yield and in their minds they agree. By their understanding, standing under their sovereign rule, the people contract, and each time they agree, they stack their contract as falling under their spell.
Imagine a press conference with the following line: “the outrage of those who oppose our policy is a direct attack upon our way of life (Our way of life is really referring to: the lifestyle and financial security of the wealthy elite) and a threat to our democracy (really means: the control we hold over the mob, the plebs, the chattel). They must be persuaded (really means: threatened with the loss of their job and financial instability) that we must all do our part for the greater good (the greater good is really referring to: the wealthy elite and our masters).”
Its almost as though those who hold a public office and are the offenders of using doublespeak are dedicated members of a secret cult. Isn’t it uniquely interesting that for the last several years during the world-wide pandemic announced by the WHO we have all witnessed the same reaction of people when challenged on the validity of government mandates. Attempting to have a normal healthy debate was almost impossible, and still seems very difficult. What is truly peculiar is the uniform answers that were given by the general public. Ask one person in one part of the world whether this or that policy was actually based on proven science or explain that there is evidence to the contrary their answer would be exactly the same as the person in a completely different part of the world. Isn’t that odd?
No, it isn’t really when you studied the characteristics of group psychology and sectarianism for many years and personally managed to break out from such a group. After that experience, it is easy to recognize the same tactics, and symptoms of what I call “mass psychosis”. It is a Hive-mind mentality.
People are still their own individual person until certain triggers are activated, and a hypnotic embedded program from the sub-conscious mind takes over their critical analytical mind and the person responds with pre-conditioned answers.
Those who since ancient times sought the secret power to control the masses were never interested in learning how to manipulate one person at the time. They wanted to control the masses, as masters become the queen bee and the rest of the Hive obey the messaging coming from centralized control.
Not all rulers, leaders and politicians have fallen into the category of being dedicated to evil with the intention to be master over those whom they consider inferior to them. But we are living in an age and time where many in public office have been compromised, and many more are deeply dedicated to the darkest evil with an ideology that will make the hairs on your neck stand up.
Government leaders, Politicians, and those in public office are meant to serve the people, not the other way round. Yet despite of their “top-down-authoritarian” leadership style they assume they have the backing and consent of the people to be in that office.
However, the people they are meant to serve who seemed to agree with their ideas, could not give true consent. Superficially it appears they have the backing of the people’s votes. The vote is allegedly claimed as the consent to contract with them. But remember you cannot give informed consent if you don’t have full disclosure. Once again, we state: Contracts that are not completely understood by all parties are fraudulent. If fraudulent they can be nullified, but it’s up to us to catch them at their deception. A statement not refuted (rebutted) is considered to stand as fact. Therefore, if we remain silent, they will continue to pursue their agenda based on the assumption that the people consented and agree. We “the people” have the responsibility to resist, expose and challenge destructive ideologies and government policies. We must speak up and challenge falsehood. Albeit in the right and lawful manner, it must be done. It is our lawful duty.
17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.
It is our heritage, which means it is our birth-right to challenge those who speak untruth and deceive. We are to call out the lies and the gaslighting of those who attempt to judge and condemn the good as evil and call evil good. This righteousness, meaning this ability to judge just-fully is a grace that comes from God. The process of identifying, and condemming the tongue which rises in judgment against us is a court proceeding.
So, what is court?
It is the Courthouse with the judge and magistrates, lawyers and barristers. It can equally be a piece of paper that contains the draft of a contract. It can be a traffic penalty notice sent to your address. That’s because it presents an allegation and claims evidence is held against your person having comitted a traffic offence and invites you to reply with an admission of guilt or provide a reason why you believe you are not guilty. It can be anything used as a platform to convey an allegation with a summons for you to reply with an admission of guilt or for you to provide your reason why you are not liable. Anything legal as uninteresting as giving Cookie consent is known as CMP – the interaction that happens on a website between a visitor and a Consent Management Platform that enables users to decide whether they will allow cookies to collect their personal data. The CMP is the Court – Platform where the transaction of request and consent or rejection takes place. Whether the platfrom is via email, text message, or any electronic communication, the court-platform becomes the playing field where matters are decided. Again, the Tennis court or the chess board are the fields in which the game is played out. I have been in the Court with judges and Magistrates many times due to my secular job role. I can assure you that in many ways Court, though serious as it can be, is still a game platform. A serious game, but never the less a game. Sadly, the people who are commonly summoned or presented in court don’t generally know the rules of the game. They are called to attend and partake in the game not having the slightest inkling of how the game is played. Yet, the experienced trained barrister knows his game, and so do most judges and lawyers. It may be that you do not have the expertise knowledge of court protocol or how cases are run. However, I’m certain that you do know that court is the place where cases are heard, and matters are decided upon evidence, followed by sentencing if a defendant is found guilty. The ultimate decision is made on the basis of evidence, which proves beyond reasonable doubt the defendant is guilty. This decision is the judgment of the court.
I find it very surprising to hear so many Christians talk about “judgment from God” but are generally assuming a one sided defenition for “judgment” as referring to punishment only. But the word “judgment” carries a wider meaning. It is “a decision in the form of a conclusion followed by its corresponding verdict. This could be a guilty verdict or a not guilty verdict. A guilty verdict will require a sentence proportionate to the offence, subject to the legislation for sentence guidance”.
To Judge is to make a decision. You have to decide whether to take this or that junction when driving. You have to judge whether it is safe to proceed or not. In a Court Case, Judgment can lead to punishment if there is a guilty verdict. However, if the evidence overwhelmingly points away from the defendant then the verdict will be “not guilty” and the defendant is acquitted. The Judgment has been concluded for this matter and the defendant is not guilty of the alleged offence.
Not Guilty, or Forgiven?
I know that many Christians believe that God’s Judgment for the believer means that we were acquitted and found not guilty. But this is completely not true. We were proven 100% guilty. We were charged with the offence of sin, and we were guilty everyday of our life. We were not acquitted, we were pardoned. We were not declared “not guilty”. We were forgiven of our guilt. There is a huge difference between being declared “not guilty” or being “forgiven”. Heaven’s Court was the platform and playing field where this biggest case of all time in all of the universe was decided. Only now that we are forgiven are we free from guilt, as in debtfree. But we were guilty because the evidence of our guilt was stacked up against us. The evidence proved us guilty. It is only because of Jesus’ sacrifice that we are redeemed and made free from debt because we are forgiven.
1 Timothy 2
4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
I know that conclusions are drawn from this set of scriptures that Jesus gave His life as a payment, a ransom to God to redeem us and appease the wrath of God. But though it sounds believable it is actually not only a wrong conclusion, but it is also missing the real point here. The Apostle Paul said that this fact of Jesus giving Himself as a ransom for all was to be testified in due time. That due time was the time frame during which Paul conducted his missionary trips and wrote this letter. That time frame begins from the moment the disciples were endued with the Holy Spirit and Power to go out and be a witness of the resurrection of Christ. The time Jesus gave Himself as a ransom is from the moment, He allowed Himself to be arrested by the temple guards with Judas leading them. He then allows Himself to be mistreated, beaten and eventually be crucified. But no one could kill Him. He laid down His life Himself.
A ransom is the price that has to be paid to someone who then agrees to set free a person they have kidnapped. This is the actual meaning from the Greek word for ransom in 1 Timothy 2:6 as well.
Did God kidnap us and did Jesus need to buy us back from God’s control? Absolutely not. [thought -Prevent yourself to jumping to quick conclusions about the meaning of verses and words in the Bible. Slow down, breath calmly, be quiet, listen, look further than the outer first appearance, and you will discover gold]
14 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
The context of Romans 7:14 tells us that Adam was the one who sold us out to sin. Adam made the wrong decisions, and we were doomed to be captives. We inherited the nature of sin and were slaves in its grip. The consequence was that Satan hijacked that situation and used it as leverage in his Court Case against God and against humanity. He could have a field day presenting his accusations as the prosecution all day long. In heaven’s court Satan held humanity to ransom, which meant he demanded payment for our release. The payment was to be the surrender of the Son of God so that Satan could obtain the right to become the official ruler of earth and of mankind decreed by heaven’s own Judgment and court order. Remember all of humanity was sold to his controlling influence. That’s why up to Jesus’ time Satan was the god, which means ruler or archon of this world.
But then Jesus came on the scene. Satan knew this was trouble and that this could mess up his plan. If Jesus had come to earth and had not given His life but just went back to heaven, then nothing would have changed for us. But He gave his life over as a ransom, a bail that Satan would have claim to if Jesus failed His mission. During the period of His arrest until His crucifixion Satan did the best, he could to harm Jesus through his accusers, the members of the Sanhedrin, and the Roman soldiers. From the study of Isaiah 53 we can see that people were maneuvered into believing the idea of a penal substitution system suggesting that Jesus was punished by God as a payment for the sin of humanity, as even as to this day mainstream Christianity seems to think that this is a good thing and mistake it for the Gospel.
1 Corinthians 6
20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.
1 Peter 1
18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; 19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
The verses above are all partly covering the same topic. They are not suggesting that Jesus took the penalty i.e. the wrath of God as a means to pay for our sin. They are saying that Christ purchased our freedom from the slavery of sin. That is what the word redemption means. In times of slavery a wealthy man could go to the slave market and purchase slaves to himself. He would receive the deed of ownership and if the new owner so wished they could set the slaves free to be their own free men and women and live their own sovereign lives without a master. Yes, that is exactly what Jesus did.
When Jesus was made sin on the cross, He literally presented Himself as a ransom, the price to be paid for our release as captives of sin.
2 Corinthians 5
21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
Satan assumed he could lay claim to the Son of God, humanity and the dominion of Earth because Jesus was made sin. But the matter was presented in the Courts of Heaven where Jesus appeared before the Ancient of Days as the Lamb that was slain. Satan could not present any valid accusation against Jesus. Throughout His life Jesus trusted the Father and fulfilled everyone of the prophecies about Him. His sacrifice on the cross was the ultimate demonstration of His love for people. Satan had no leg to stand on. Satan’s prosecution case failed. Jesus had no case to answer. (A ‘no case to answer’ submission is a legal argument which can be raised at the end of the prosecution’s case. If successful it has the effect of stopping the proceedings before any defence evidence is called) Jesus may have been accused by Satan, but Jesus did not allow Himself to become the defendant. He did not plead “guilty” or “not guilty”. Remember, by pleading either “guilty” or “not guilty” the person now presents themselves as the defendant and thereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the prosecution court. But even though Jesus was made sin, He never sinned.
15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
He had no case to answer for. He could not be a defendant. In the case of Jesus, if the accusation was presented that He didn’t trust God or that during His worse time of suffering, He would abandon His faith, none of these allegations had any footing. There was no admissible evidence. Which means Satan had no evidence to present in Court. He failed. Nothing Satan tried to present could be upheld with evidence. He lost the case before it even started. Satan was cast down from his lofty position as self-made prosecutor and accuser, and Jesus was justified. Then Jesus turned the tables and became the prosecution when He raised the counter allegations against Satan.
1 Timothy 3
16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
This word “Justified” also often translated as the word “Vindicated” means: show or prove to be right or righteous. The above verse is not a declaration of Jesus being “not guilty” no, it’s a declaration of Jesus’ action of giving Himself as a ransom on that cross, which was the act that proved Him right and righteous in heaven’s court. It was the ultimate demonstration of love and truth.
Then Jesus blood was presented as the seal of the New Covenant of forgiveness.
At that point we were forgiven of the debt of sin. This means “guilt free”, not “not guitly”. We were guilty, and therefore owed a debt. We were pardoned and therefore, despite of owing a massive debt we could never pay, we were forgiven of that debt. We are debt-free.
Following on from being forgiven we were also born a new creation made one with the resurrection life of Christ Jesus, one spirit with Him.
Christ condemned sin in the flesh
3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
The word “condemned” is the Greek word “katakrino” which means to judge and to pass sentence. This verse is not saying God is judging Jesus. It was God judging sin. First of all, Jesus was made sin, and as the lamb of God, the antitype of the sacrificial lamb of the Passover in the Old Testament and the sin sacrifice on the annual day of atonement, He carried the sin of the world away into the grave. God decreed a final sentence on the sin of everyone, and everyone was in Christ on that cross. In other words, “God condemned sin” but then a powerful thing happens. Jesus sheds His blood and the Covenant of forgiveness is set up the moment Jesus dies. At that point forgiveness is poured out and the world is reconciled with God in Christ.
Link the Dots together
So, with of all that said, here is the schedule when we link the dots together.
- Since before the creation of man in the garden of Eden, Satan has been at work, arduously building a complaint against God and humanity. Thousands of years of strategical efforts ever exerting influence through his agents with the aim to obtain heaven’s Court ruling to rule the Earth and its inhabitants and be worshipped by them as god and to be equal to YHWH.
- Jesus came and proved that a man could be faithful to God to the utter end, even death on the cross, and in so doing He also proved that God would remain faithful to His word to raise Him from the dead. What Jesus did through His death and resurrection set Him up to be able to successfully present His case in heaven’s court on behalf of mankind and win.
- Jesus appeared before the Ancient of Days in Heaven’s Court and once justified (proven right) in His case He raises counter allegations against Satan. He proves all of Satan’s work in this world as unlawful and fraudulent because he has no God given authority and used deception to trick mankind to yield to his influence. From that moment on the sentence is executed and Satan is issued a restraining order. This order prohibits him from any influence in this earth over people. This order is imposed upon all fallen angels, and demons. This sentence with the issuing of this order also happened more than 2000 years ago in heaven. Yet we can clearly see that the spiritual forces of darkness have been very active in this world to this day.
- What we need to understand is that this Restraining Order issued by Heaven’s Court is in place. Its what binds Satan. It prohibits and forbids him of certain activities, namely, to have any influence in people. But he has clearly been causing havoc in our world. Therefore, he is constantly in breach of this Restraining Order every time he exercises influence on Earth, which is practically ever since it was issued. Just like a Court order on Earth can be breached and must therefore be enforced, it will be enforced when we take up our responsibility to take a stands against the forces of darkness. When they are found in breach of Heaven’s Court Order, we are to enforce the original order. How, by faith, by prayer, by standing and proclaiming the truth. By faith we declare that we know the truth, that Satan was defeated in Heaven’s court, he has no right to exercise influence over people and operate in this world, he is prohibited from doing so. Therefore, in the name of Jesus we forbid his activities on Earth as it was already forbidden and determined by Heaven. This is the binding principle. We bind or forbid what was already bound and forbidden at the end of the trial hearing in heaven when Jesus won our case. That’s what it truly means when we say Jesus already won the battle 2000 years ago.
- Jesus won the case against the accuser of the brethren in heaven’s court because of what He did on Earth by succesfully completing His mission. His death and resurrection is the underscoring primary legal argument in support of His case. The judgment was clear, the verdict was announced, and the decree went forth, Satan and all his cohorts were issued an order by heaven’s court which prohibits them to exercise influence in the earth over people.
- 1. The death and resurrection of Christ, 2. Christ the lamb of God won the biggest court case in Heaven’s Court against Satan, 3. Satan and all spiritual forces of darkness are bound by Heaven’s Court Order, 4. When they breach the order, we as believers can present our case in Heaven’s court as a breach of Court Order, on the basis of the original Court hearing which Jesus won. 5. Only then, in the almighty name of Jesus can we address Satan or spirits or demons, in a situation here on earth, and remind them that Jesus already defeated them. They have no authority, and what they are doing is unlawful in the Kingdom and dominion of Yahweh. They are forbidden, i.e. bound and prohibited from continuing their activity. They must leave, be silent, and so the door is again shut to them. 6. What happens in the spiritual realm then is that the angelic armies of heaven will be deployed and enforce Heaven’s Court Order and remove those dark forces out of that situation you interceded over.
- What is decreed prohibited in Heaven’s Court, is therefore prohibited on Earth. The Order can be made out because of and on the basis of the finished work of Christ.

18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

18 I assure you and most solemnly say to you, whatever you bind [forbid, declare to be improper and unlawful] on earth shall have [already] been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose [permit, declare lawful] on earth shall have [already] been loosed in heaven.
- Your Mind is Your Court
- Your constant self-talk or internal dialogue is where you argue yourself into accepting or rejecting a concept. It is the ultimate battlefield where accuse or excuse other for their behavior. Most of all, it is where you accuse or excuse your own decisions.
14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: 15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)
When you understand the psychology that people will generally seek to gravitate away from pain, and that a guilty conscience will stimulate unpleasant emotions then you also understand what the mind will desperately seek equilibrium. In other words, at a conscious, part subconscious level, we do not want to be wrong. Rather “not being right” is somehow equated with who we perceive ourselves to be, and a being who is wrong is a being who is not right. This deducts into a sense of fear of rejection and a whole cluster of unpleasant emotions. This type of psychological phenomena will continue its vicious circle for most people until they finally realize that being wrong about something does not make them wrong, or worthy of rejection as a living human being. However, when your consciousness is deeply rooted in Christ as your righteousness with God, you will become at peace with making a mistake or not necessarily always getting everything right. That is because your sense of rightness comes from who Christ is in you. He is your rightness, or righteousness with YHWH. Even when you get it wrong sometimes, you are still right with God because of Christ.
The above rationale, and reasoning could be an example of the the dynamic of someone’s internal dialogue. The fact that every decision we make must also be justified to the conscience of our own mind shows you that your mind is a court-platform. That Court-platform is the gameboard where you choose between truth and falsehood, right and wrong, good and evil, and what is perceived to benefit ourselves and others. This is true for everyone. But when we learn to trust Christ and His righteousness we train our conscience to be satisfied with His righteousness not our own performance whether good or bad.
Battle for the mind
Point of note: the spiritual forces of darkness do not take people by force to enslave them. They use deception and the battlefield is the mind. The mind is where you either consent, choose to yield, and agree with their lies, or you do not consent, you stand your ground in the truth, and reject the lies.
Doing battle in this realm of truth vs falsehood takes personal integrity of the highest kind. You must be willing to accept God’s Word as truth above your own preferences, feelings and desires. But when you have been walking with God for a while, you will have learned by now that He knows what is best, and He knows what will truly make you a happy and a fulfilled man or woman. This means you need to ignore the ramblings of the phantom echo, which is only ever after your immediate selfish gratification.
Only Truth wins in Court
Maybe not so much in earthly courts where corruption has crept its way in. But in heaven’s court, and for you as a person of the highest integrity, in the court of your mind only truth will stand as winner in the end.
Rule of Engagement 5: A Maxim of Commercial Law: In commerce, truth is sovereign. If in the melee of stacking arguments to try and build leverage for a case the way is lost and we become unsure of our ability to persuade, here’s the solution. When you veer out to close to the white line of your tennis court, come center-court again when too close to the edge. In other words: Spot anything negative from your arguments and dismiss it from the court. Keep things positive. Stay in the present tense of now and here. So direct your thoughts in the court of your mind. Truth is now. The passed is gone and the future is still to come, but truth, yes reality is now. When using our language and we pick our words to frame our sentence in the affirmation of our faith, we must stay in present tense. You see our heart, the core of our being is where we find the deep layers of our sub and un-conscious mind. The sub-conscious mind does not process past tense or future tense. Only now. So even though Christ was crucified 2000 years ago, and I was crucified with Him, is a fact of the past; for my heart to connect with my confession of faith I state this fact as a present tense reality. For example:
Less effective: I was crucified with Christ – past tense
Effective: I am crucified with Christ – present tense, confirming a fact completed in the past and reality now.
You will immediately think of the many expressions of faith you regularly quote. Experiment with putting them in present tense and notice the powerful difference.
Transformational Grammar and confessing your Faith John Grinder, co-originator of NLP (Nuero Linguistic Programming) together with Richard Bandler are some of the greatest thinkers in the arena of change work. Grinder’s field is that of transformational grammar, which became crucial in forming the Linguistic element of what is now officially acknowledged as the science of NLP. I’m a firm believer that true science, and I do not mean baught science, but true science only confirms what is already true from a scriptural and spiritual perspective. Real science is not static, but due to it’s experimental nature is always evolving. The evolving process occurs when scientists and critics ask questions, even offer criticism and present challenges to a presented hypothesis. Eventually natural phenomina and laws of nature may be discovered, confirmed and re-affirmed but never created on its own merit. The science of NLP is all about identifying what makes people perform at a high level of excellence, eliciting the sub-conscious program of those who are genius performers and to then use their program as a model to be reproduced in others. The linguistical element of NLP is not an isolated discipline on its own but form an integral part the neurological and programming elements.
NLP and it’s linked work in clinical hypno-therapy have uncovered much about the workings of the sub-conscious and un-conscious levels of the mind. Sigmund Freud the Austrian neurologist and the founder of psychoanalysis, developed the clinical method for evaluating and treating pathologies seen as originating from conflicts in the psyche. According to his studies we are sometimes capable of identifying trauma from the years gone by but failed royally to provide interventions which could bring about positive change. NLP has gone well beyond those limitations and though still developing it’s approach to change-work is becoming more practicle, practitional and effective. The key cardinal principle in learning and employing NLP technologies is to keep it simple.
Transformational grammar is a big part of the NLP training, but the discipline really existed well before NPL ever came of the ground. I believe God is the one with whom transformational grammar originates. Remember, He introduces Himself to Moses, not as I WAS, or I WILL BE. No, as I AM, now in the reality of the present moment.
14 And God said unto Moses, I Am That I Am: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I Am hath sent me unto you.
