You might wonder “what are you on about now, weather warfare?”
Much material has been covered throughout this study, though most of the material has intentionally not been exhaustive but more of a taster to pique your interest into further study by yourself. I believe this to be a fundemental principle in the teaching of scriptural truth. The purpose of teaching should not be to hollow out every bit of truth we can extract from the study of a scriptural topic. As God’s Word is infinite, It would not even be possible to do that even if we wanted to. The richness of His Word is endless. And as we obtain the nuggets of gold by the teaching we receive, it will inspire us in our relationship with God, but it should not accommodate spiritual dependency upon an anointed teacher. My main objective throughout this series is to show how magnificent our divine (God-given) sovereignty in this life here really is. Our sovereignty was assaulted from the beginning in the garden of Eden. The participation in the sin-nature passed onto humanity via Adam corrupted man’s self-image and awareness of our great sovereignty and the dominion attached to it. Even though Jesus completely made us a new creation and with that imparted to us His own sovereignty and dominion, to this day the majority of people still haven’t even the slightest idea what great spiritual wealth has been given them.
For those of you who have been getting revelation upon revelation about your new identity and the inherited royal and divine sovereignty that came with it are also aware of how far so many people still are from comprehending this power available to them. Paradoxically, every person on this planet perfectly exerts their dominion 24 hours a day and seven days a week. By their imbedded beliefs about anything they perpetuate the self-limiting, imprisoning, destructive matrix fields of consciousness across the world, and keep passing it all on to the next generations. This influence spreads only until truth is introduced and breaks the cycle.
All you must do to get a good impression of where people are in their (mostly sub-conscious) beliefs about anything is to listen carefully to what they say often. The repetition of generalised statements are real give away’s. One such daily theme is what people belief about our weather patterns, and climate. Really, this is of much more importance than what is basically understood about weather. It doesn’t matter in which location you are in the world. You and everyone around you are constantly exerting influence over the elements of nature. This influence upon the atmospheric energies consequently affects climate and weather conditions in the vicinity that is within reach of our dominion.
If you want to depend upon the weather forecasts of the weatherman on TV, then they are likely to be right in their forecasts. Your believing, agreeing and acceptance of the forecast reinforces the elemental forces in the atmosphere, and they will manifest the weather patterns as was forecasted. You see you used your sovereign power in the earth and joined your faith in the weather forecast and it manifested. But had you had a solid revelation of your God-given sovereignty in Christ you would have used this power to manifest divine order and balance in the climate and weather conditions wherever you are.

There are endless recourses available pointing out that research and experimental projects around weather control or manipulation of weather conditions have been conducted since at least 1891.
Located on the geoengineeringwatch.org website, the US Patent and trademark office, Patent 0462795 – July 16, 1891 – Method Of Producing Rain-Fall right up to one of the more recent registered patent; 20230126982 – April 27, 2023 – Method for Analysing Effect of Hygroscopic Seeding Material Sprayed on Ground Aerosol Concentration Through Airborne Cloud Seeding Experiment, it is clear that the ability to control the weather has been an enduring ambition by weather scientist, world leaders, across the world. Not so much for the betterment of the quality of life on Earth, but more from a military perspective, but of strategic significance for the US Military-Industrial Complex with the combined efforts member states of the UN, NATO, China and Russia. But in doing so still today, they who signed up to it find themselves in breach of the;
Prior to the Environmental Modification Convention signed in Geneva in 1977, the United States used weather warfare in the Vietnam War. Operation Popeye saw the use of cloud seeding over the Ho Chi Minh trail. It was hoped that the increased rainfall would reduce the rate of infiltration down the trail.
A research paper produced for the United States Air Force written in 1996 speculates about the future use of nanotechnology to produce “artificial weather”, clouds of microscopic computer particles all communicating with each other to form an “intelligent fog” that could be used for various purposes. “Artificial weather technologies do not currently exist. But as they are developed, the importance of their potential applications rises rapidly.”
The Convention was approved by the General Assembly of the United Nations in its resolution on 10 December 1976. In application of this resolution, the Secretary-General decided to open the Convention for signature and ratification by States from 18 to 31 May 1977 at Geneva, Switzerland. Subsequently, the Convention was transmitted to the Headquarters of the Organization of the United Nations at New York, where it was open for signature by States until 4 October 1978.

In light of todays Climate Change narrative as per the United Nations’, and International Energy Agency, a dedicated page on the World Economic Forum website states; “Net zero means not adding to the amount of greenhouse gases (GHGs) in the atmosphere. A growing number of countries, cities and companies are aiming for ‘net zero’ emissions to meet climate goals, and the International Energy Agency has unveiled a plan to get there. The International Energy Agency has released a long-awaited roadmap showing how the world’s energy sector can slash its planet-heating emissions to net zero by 2050, which it says would give the best chance of limiting global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius. Under the 2015 Paris Agreement, more than 190 countries committed to keep global average temperature rise to “well below” 2C above preindustrial times, and ideally 1.5C, to avoid the worst impacts from more extreme weather and rising seas.”

By referring to our modern day political, economic, scientific, and military goals to “control the weather” and or “affect” our climate I’m only pointing out the huge interest this topic has with all the above stakeholders.
It is so important that people comprehend the responsibility including the power humanity has to affect our natural environment either for good or for bad. However, the “Climate Change” narrative is clearly a ramped up and devised story, created or thought of by clever use of the imagination of political spin doctors who can vamp up a justification for just about anything. That does not take away the fact that we are stewards of this beautiful earth and since the rise of the industrial age up to our current time pollution of land, air, and waters has been disproportionately out of control. Has this pollution affected our natural environment? Absolutely. Does extreme pollution affect our climate and heat up the globe causing our glaciers, and ice caps to melt? Well, consider that some reports show that glaciers are growing and increasing. Though I am not a scientist and experts on this matter, I will say that common sense needs to prevail here. If I were to dump all our household rubbish in the nearby pond, it won’t be long until it will begin to negatively affect the life and ecology of that pond and everything around it. Looking at this principle from a global perspective our biggest culprits responsible for pollution are not you and me or the small man, notwithstanding the fact that we too are to be responsible stewards towards our immediate environment. The polluters are the big industry multinational manufacturing corporations.
But the above material points towards evidence of the intentional, planned and purposed ongoing release of heavy metals by the use of technologies such as cloud seeding known as: solar geoengineering by stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI). These sprays would be mainly composed of metallic particles (Al, Ba, Sr, Fe, nanoparticles) and sulfur, which would considerably increase air, soil and water pollution. If this has been going on since around the 60s as CIA, and DOD declassified documents suggest, and the materials used in this cloud seeding process have only increased and become more sophisticated then how can it be a surprise that much of our pollution and environmental toxicity is actually caused by this practise?
Let me be clear that when I refer to pollutants released in the air, water or on land I am certainly not speaking of CO2 emissions as the proponents of the climate change theory would have you believe. I’m really speaking of chemicals, poisons, radio-active waist, heavy-metals, and many other such compounds which are toxic to the environment, nature, and detrimental to the health of people.
The geoengineering projects in our world are largely government funded and executed by private contractors. The “research” conducted by endorsed scientists will also release their peer reviewed papers telling us how safe and good the SAI practise is for the environment, and how it helps to stimulate rain for the farmers who are struggling to grow healthy crops of produce. But come now let us stay with the ABC principle of everything. If you introduce a chemical compound into a natural environment, you cause toxicity, and it will affect that natural environment mostly negatively. If not in the short term, there will be unwelcome consequences after consistent over exposure.
For the sake of this argument when you take your own body as an example, you will have experienced benefits from some chemicals such as synthetic medical drugs or supplements. But the label should also list the potential adverse reactions or side effects, especially with an overdose or long term over exposure. Even if that happens the body is extremely resilient and will normally bounce back and detox quickly. Just think about a hangover after a little bit too much alcohol the night before. Our planet similarly is not as fragile as the “climate change” proponents seem to suggest. It has tremendous bounce back capability. But we are now in a time where we must deal with the real cause of pollution, or the damage may be more than we or our natural environment can handle.
Clean energy?
Then there are the windmills used for so called “clean energy” which break all the time and have a short lifespan. The materials used for these windmills does not break down, and so they end up on landfill. The same counts for sun-panels, and car batteries. We will be faced with square miles of grave-yards full of this content.
The same multi-national corporations responsible for most of the environmental toxicity are ironically also the one’s who sing from the same hymn sheet as the institutions mentioned earlier pushing the NetZero agenda. NetZero is about CO2 emissions, but pollution is about chemical and radio-active toxicity. What about the military industrial complex? We know that Americans and British military used weapons containing depleted uranium. These same weapons were deployed in Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Syria, Libya, and have now also been sent to Ukraine in support of the Kyiv regime. The consequence of the use of this type of arsenal causes many citizens in these countries to develop cancer, leukaemia, and many other illnesses and not ignoring the many babies born with horrific birth defects.
Heavy metals, micro-plastics, pesticides, antibiotic laced meats, synthetic fertilizer, glyphosate, fluoridated water, industrial seed oils, GMO’s, artificial sweetners, processed and refined foods, refined flower, refined and bleached salt, synthetic fragrances, Teflon, PFAS, BPA, and VOC’s are the real cause of most modern chronic illnesses such as; secondary Immunodeficiency disorders resulting in a full or partial impairment of the immune system, allergies, ADHD, and the list goes on.

From his book, The Invisible Rainbow by Arthur Firstenberg, Firstenberg chronicles the history of electricity in the United States and throughout the world, and the outbreaks of illness that accompanied each step toward greater electrification. The first stage involved the installation of telegraph lines; by 1875, these formed a spiderweb over the earth totalling seven hundred thousand miles, with enough copper wire to encircle the globe almost thirty times. With it came a new disease called neurasthenia. Like those suffering today from “chronic fatigue syndrome,” patients felt weak and exhausted and were unable to concentrate. They had headaches, dizziness, tinnitus, floaters in the eyes, racing pulse, pains in the heart region, and palpitations; they were depressed and had panic attacks. Dr. George Miller Beard and the medical community observed that the disease spread along the routes of railroads and telegraph lines; it often resembled the common cold or influenza and commonly seized people in the prime of life.

“Unlike animals, the human being is not conceived or born under the influence of any specific cosmic energy field. Instead, each human being is conceived and born at a unique time and place, therefore under the influence of a unique cosmic field. This is the physiological basis of our freedom and individuality. This is what makes the human being the crown of creation; this is the basis for the claim that the human being is created in the image of God, God being a concept embracing the energetic field of the entire universe. Each individual human being is a unique component in this field, and humanity as a whole is the sum of the entire field and therefore the image or the reflection of God. This is the essential message of all major philosophical and religious traditions from the past. These cosmic fields in the form of electromagnetic forces radiate toward the earth from all parts of the cosmos and are “collected” in the ionosphere or electromagnetic shield of the earth. In a way similar to how we obtain nourishment from our food, these electromagnetic forces are “processed” by this protective skin of the earth, the ionosphere. When we take in food, the food is processed by the bacteria, fungi, viruses, and other microbes in our gut; their “waste” then becomes the nourishing food we absorb to give us life. Similarly, the cosmic forces are worked on in our ionosphere, to emerge as the life-giving electromagnetic fields that nourish the earth and all life, including human life. That is how it has always worked and how it should work—and it would except for the introduction of the technology we call 5G. Without getting too deep into the engineering of 5G technology, the important thing about 5G is that the pulsed millimetre waves, this new “spectrum” that will run our phones and computers faster, need to be “organized” by placing hundreds of thousands of satellites right into the ionosphere of the earth. These hundreds of thousands of satellites will emit their own electromagnetic frequencies that essentially beam these new, man-made signals down to the millions of receivers placed in our neighbourhoods, stadiums, schools, nursing homes, hospitals, parks, farms, lakes, forests, oceans, and everywhere else on earth. The intention is to blanket the earth with these manmade electromagnetic fields.1 We know that these millimetre waves interfere with the availability of oxygen in the atmosphere and hence will also interfere with the ability of the mitochondria (bacteria) in our tissues to convert oxygen into energy. This is the main feature of 5G, exacerbated by aluminium poisoning, glyphosate poisoning, general air pollution, and all the many other toxins in our modern world—all contributing to the symptoms of “Covid-19.”
Btw, when was 5G switched on in Wuhan, North Italy and other parts of Europe, New York USA, parts of Canada, and the UK? End of 2019 of course. Wuhan had the most dense network of 5G masts set-up in preparation for the day it would go live by October 31, 2019. The first cases of Covid-19 in Wuhan, China were detected in December of 2019. Less than six weeks after the „go live“ date of the 5G network. EE became the first mobile operator to launch 5G in the UK in May, 2019. Since then Vodafone, O2 and Three launched their own 5G services, along with some MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators). In New York 5G went live 26th September 2019. Canada began rolling out their first 5G network in Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal in January 2020. Italy 6th June 2019.
In our modern day we are absolutely flooded with EMF’s from all kinds of electrical devices around us. Now we have 5G towers almost everywhere. Does this mean that we are all doomed to die by the radiation of this modern technology? No. But people who are already immunocompromised, those who have co-morbidities, or other serious chronic conditions, on top of that a poor diet, over-exposure to other environmental toxicities, relentless stress, could become more susceptible and less capable to recover from electromagnetic-radiation.
According to the World Health Organisation: Globally, as of 6:07pm CEST, 31 May 2023, there have been 767,364,883 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 6,938,353 deaths, reported to WHO. These numbers are staggering, shocking and terribly sad for those who lost their life’s and equally so for the loved ones whom they left behind. What makes this every bit as difficult as well is that many Nurses, Doctors, and Hospital staff, and managers witnessed many people dying in ICU. Even colleagues whom they were close with or considered friends passed away. The trauma is inconceivable for them as well. But must we resign to the conclusion that these deaths and cases are truly attributed to the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) the alleged infectious disease caused by the alleged novel virus SARS-CoV-2 virus?
Then there are the 200+ Freedom of Information Responses to the Canadian Bio-statistician Christine Massey in which all responses from 35 countries and their health authorities confirm; They don’t have the isolated or purified novel SARS-CoV-2 virus, just a computer generated model. Must we therefore not be allowed to question and investigate the official narrative?
I made reference to all the above material to show that changes are taking place in our immediate environment, the earth’s atmosphere, across our world, and we can readily see the detrimental affects upon nature, animal life, and human life. Though contrary to the UN, WEF, green deal proponents, too much CO2 in the atmosphere may not be the root cause. In fact, plant life and forests are struggling because of the lack of CO2. We humans, and animals need Oxygen, but plants and trees need CO2, which they convert into Oxygen. Disclaimer: I am not even a Scientist or a Doctor, but I am a believer with common sense and the ability to pray and listen to the Holy Spirit guiding me to the resources that convey a high level of truth.
It appears to me, and I conclude that environmental toxicity, whether chemical, or electrical has been and are the real suspects in this case for environmental change which is mistaken for climate change. When people are already immunocompromised and exposed to levels of radiation from EMF’s, whether it be from 5G or other electrical devices they become sick. They will experience symptoms similar or equal to flu, or the symptoms attributed to Covid-19. 5G was introduced to the Earths atmosphere relatively recent (2019) and its millimetre waves interfere with the availability of oxygen in the atmosphere and therefore also interferes with the ability of the mitochondria (bacteria) in the tissues to convert oxygen into energy. 5G does so at a significantly higher level than for example 4G, 3G and 2G to which we have been exposed for a relatively longer time. It makes sense therefore that the flu like symptoms (also similar to low level radioactive poisoning) are slightly more elevated than the common flu. For example, the loss of taste and smell and long lasting extreme fatigue not normally associated with symptoms of flu or cold.
You might wonder what all this has to do with Binding & Loosing, or stopping dark spiritual activity?
Everything. Remember a spirit has no legal access or authority to do anything in this physical world unless we who physically live in this world give them access and consent to influence.
Francis Myles in his book Dangerous Prayers from the Courts of Heaven that Destroy Evil Altars (p. 27) explains this principle in his marvellously clear presentation.
“When God created Adam and Eve (the first humans) and gave them dominion over this planet, He made an irreversible decree that would impact God and every celestial (spirit) being in all of creation in a very meaningful manner. When God transferred dominion (rulership) of this planet to mankind, He deliberately excluded Himself and every celestial (angelic) being from the earth’s legal authority structure. He said “let them” have dominion. Please take note of the words “let them.” Take note that this expression excludes God and angels, or spirit beings, from interfering in earthly affairs without the legal permission of a man. By using the expression “let them,” God locked Himself out of influencing this world without man’s permission”.
And this is why of course God had to set up the different Covenants with His chosen people, until Christ came and set up the eternal Covenant of Peace with the Father. The covenants represented man’s contract and agreement with YHWH giving Him rule over their life’s. Christ set up covenant with the Father on behalf of all humanity. When we believe, and trust God and His Word, we are giving consent to His work in our life. People who agree with world views contrary to God’s Word, or even give themselves to occult practises are setting up covenant, agreement to demonic influence.
There are those in this world who are committed to evil, pursuing their lust for power and control over resources, and people. The worse kind being those who knowingly enter into covenant with satan to give them spiritual power and influence in this world following evil satanic ideologies which teach they are superior to everyone else and therefore justified in causing harm and injury to humanity and this planet.
How did all the geoengineering, the pollution of our atmosphere, the poisoning of our land, food and water, the blocking out of the sunlight occur? By the way, are you aware of what most people who are said to have died from Covid-19 had in common, it was a deficiency of vitamin D3. If the said scientists geoengineer a thick cloud formation to cover most of Europe for many consecutive months, the people on the ground will soon begin to suffer the symptoms of vitamin D3 deficiency. The lack of vitamin D3 will not only affect moods and is linked to what is known as seasonal affective disorder but it renders the body more susceptible to radiation poisoning and less capable of expelling any unwanted toxins.
I know there are the experts who with clear conscience and a believe in their qualification in science, chemistry or medicine have every intention to do right in this world but are not aware that their deception lies within their training and education. Unless they are willing to study for themselves outside of the centralised directed curriculum, they are at risk of becoming pawns for evil. How could all this evil with at its root spiritual forces of darkness at work prevail for so long? It is because people with foolish and evil ideas with selfish motives allowed themselves to be influenced by demonic spirits and yielded to satanic influence. Those people were usually persons in position of power and influence already. But the only reason why these people could push their agenda was because the public was either unaware or did nothing to stop the passing of evil laws, policies, and the establishing of corrupt and ungodly ideas in human consciousness.
“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” Attributed to Edmund Burke, including John F Kennedy in a speech in 1961. Burke didn’t say it, and its earliest form was by John Stuart Mill, who said in 1867: “Bad men need nothing more to compass their ends, than that good men should look on and do nothing.”
When people learn they can say “no” and stand up to withdraw consent to “the powers that be” as they say. I mean voice your opinion in a practical and peaceful way with those relevant persons as God opens the door for you to speak.
But first rise up in prayer and present you petition to God with regards to any evil program you see being pushed in this world. We can stop all of this evil and turn things around, but we must not be waiting for God to do this. It is the other way round. He is the one waiting for us to act by taking a step of faith to speak the truth and stand for what is right and if you’re praying to present your case in His heavenly court.
Now then we can really make massive impact in a positive way with regards to weather, and the Earth’s atmosphere including the detoxification from pollution. It is so time we as believers fully comprehend this. Since ancient time people learned many secrets of how to influence the elements. With our beliefs in the right place, that is, knowing the power of our God-given-sovereignty, with words we speak by faith, and our prayers we can change and transform weather conditions even bring balance back into our atmosphere, within the local (micro) climate and macro-climate across the Earth.
Our Biblical example lies at first with Elijah the Prophet.
1 Kings 17
1 And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, As the Lord God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word.
When Elijah declared this decree, he spoke those words because he knew the scriptures and the terms and conditions of the Sinaitic Covenant. For this reason, he had a basis for his declaration of faith.
Deuteronomy 28
23 And thy heaven that is over thy head shall be brass, and the earth that is under thee shall be iron. 24 The Lord shall make the rain of thy land powder and dust: from heaven shall it come down upon thee, until thou be destroyed.
King Ahab was an extremely wicked king was king of the northern kingdom of Israel. His wickedness evoked the wrath of God particularly for condoning Jezebel’s influence on the ancient Hebrew Faith. Jezebel was a dominant influence on Ahab and persuaded him to abandon Yahweh to establish Baal religion in Israel. It is for this transgression that the curses of the Law of Moses as outlined in Deuteronomy 28 were executed of which one of those curses was the closing up of the sky so that there would be no rain. Elijah simply became Yahweh’s conduit on earth to speak the command to stop the rain, until the sin of idolatry was exposed, and the prophets of Baal were killed.
1 Kings 18
44 And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man’s hand. And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, and get thee down that the rain stop thee not. 45 And it came to pass in the mean while, that the heaven was black with clouds and wind, and there was a great rain. And Ahab rode, and went to Jezreel.
Elijah could now pray for it to rain again after three years and six months, just as he killed the 450 prophets of Baal. Obviously, Elijah functioned under the Sinaitic Covenant, but we live in a different covenant and the curses of Deuteronomy 28 do not apply to us. We can’t use the same legal conditions of the Sinaitic Covenant. But we do have access to plenty of other scriptural material linked to the New Covenant in Christ, that we can apply.
James 5
17 Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. 18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.

Psalm 8
6 Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:
Now we must be able to identify which parts of canon of scripture belong to which Covenant. Psalm 8 for example is a statement which is true for mankind in general, irrespective of which Covenant they live under. This set of verses applies to each human being born into this world. We know that the fact God placed man and women here on earth to be in charge, and that God also assigned the holy angels, specifically lucifer to serve and minister to us and assist us with supernatural abilities to exercise our sovereign dominion and reign on earth in both the spiritual realm and the natural realm. This is what made Lucifer so envious and upset and his own pride set him up for his fall when he tried to prove to God that he should be the one to rule the earth, with man and women as his slaves serving him.
What James is saying in the verse above is that even though Elijah was anointed to operate as Prophet under a completely different Covenant, he was just like you and me. A man with many personal issues, yet a man who trusted God and took Him at His word. We need to come to the conclusion that we, as Elijah did, each have our own similar passion, as in complex emotional baggage. Yet, we too can take God at His Word and pray and believe in such a way that God will honour His Word and be able to manifest through our prayers, and faith.
James 5
16…The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
This verse is a statement made just before the comments made about Elijah and his praying for the rain. James also talks about confessing your faults one to another and prayer for healing, which I will not go into now, but will be for another study.
Look at how the Amplified Bible formats the sentence of James 5: 16…
The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working].
Then also take note of the Amplified version of this scripture:
Ephesians 3:
20 Now to Him who is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly more than all that we dare ask or think [infinitely beyond our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams], according to His power that is at work within us,
You think it, God can do more, you dream it God can do more, you imagine it, God can do more. This is why prayer and faith should not be treated as some measly underdog religious attempt hoping to get heavens attention. Even the religious belief of a mainstream world religion teaches that God created all things but now He deserted us and left us to ourselves to be tested and tried and earn our entrance into Heaven. In this religion faithfully praying and reciting prayers at set times in a certain ritualistic format seem to be nothing more than an exercise to earn enough points to enter Heaven.
This was never the reason why God gave us the ability to communicate with Him. That’s the first fundemental truth. Prayer is communicating, it is communion, a community in union with God. It could be you on your own, or many other believers praying together.
I spent significant time in previous articles showing you how there are several dynamic forms of prayer. We can praise and worship God and present prayer to Him as our Father. Jesus also reveals Himself as a covenant friend and Abraham was called a Friend of God. It is with this kind of transparency and openness we can communicate with God as our Father and Friend. But when it comes to serious matters that need a Judicial decision from Heaven we appear before His throne of Grace, sometimes as plaintiff, sometimes as a defendant. We present our petitions, as in our case whatever this may be. We know that being in Christ our advocate representing us we have audience with the Judge, the Ancient of Days, and we make sure we obtain a Court decision, as in a judicial decision. The judgment coming from the Heavenly Court will always be congruent with the authority of the New Covenant, which provides the legislative powers of Heavens Court.
I once had an earthly District Judge tell me the story how there was once a young woman who appeared before a very strict but good Judge making some sort of appeal. The lady presenting her case did wear a dress showing her shoulders and arms completely exposed. As the lady spoke up, the Judge said, “I can’t hear you”. The lady raised the volume of her voice and continued to speak. The Judge said again “I can’t hear you”. Eventually, it became clear to everyone in the court room it had nothing to do with the volume of her voice. You see on earth there is basic protocol when appearing in court. Not wearing the appropriate attire to present a case before the Judge could cause them to refuse hearing your case. God takes very seriously what you wear when appearing before Him in His Court room. You better be wearing your white robe of righteousness of Christ. Of course, this is symbolic language explaining that it is only in Christ that we may have audience with the Ancient of Days. You must abide by His court protocol, or He cannot hear you. This protocol to abide by is very clearly laid out in scripture, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. When understand the judiciary of the New Covenant you will be successful when you plead your case.
Of course people could read the last statement of putting on the robe of righteousness as a work of self-righteousness. That’s absolutely not what I’m saying. You don’t put this robe of righteousness on. You don’t make yourself right enough. Think of the story of the prodigal son. God the Father put the robe of righteousness on you and placed the family ring on your finger. Sadly, most people still don’t this truth and perceive themselves as walking around in rags of sin. But when you know you are forgiven, born of God, and righteous with the righteousness of Jesus you will have confidence before the Ancient of Days and that he will hear your case.
1 John 5
14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
When we pray according to His will, which means according to the Covenant, i.e. His Covenant between Christ and the Father, we know that the Judge of all Heaven and Earth will hear our case.
1 John 5
15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
This is why I know that when I begin to pray about something, change is coming. That’s because my prayers are powerful, effective, dynamic in it’s working and avail much, not because of my praying, but because of Him who hears my prayers and petitions.
Avoid making what I just explained more complicated than it really is. Keep it simple.
Jesus already went ahead of all of us and as a High Priest, and advocate and represented every man, woman and child before the Father as forgiven and made righteous in Him.
John 14
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Even the person in a dire predicament who manages to cry out to God and just says “help” will be heard, as long as their faith is not, and I underline not, in their own righteousness and they can accept that they really need God’s intervention.
Earth responds to people and their lifestyle
Throughout scripture there are examples of how nature is affected by the behaviour and lifestyle of people individually and whole communities. That’s because we are not only spiritual and physical beings, but we are also electrical beings. The cells, and neurons in our body send and receive electrical stimulation all the time for the functioning of all the processes of our physical body and ongoing cycle of the life we live on earth. Strong thoughts and emotions also carry their own electro-magnetic fields. It is because of this reason that many people involved in the practise of Reiki and energy work, especially those involved with dark occult practises talk about the astral or etheric body. By the way, just because people practise these things and demonic forces seek to hijack the beliefs and energy work many people get into, doesn’t make energy demonic. When you yield to the Holy Spirit in you, He doesn’t just invade your spirit, and body. When He fills you, He deals with the energy network of you as well. His power and presence heal your whole energy system and etheric body. There is no way around this, you are also an electrical power plant, just like a battery. In fact, you can say that to some degree through our energy body we also function as an antenna. We are telepathic beings and constantly send and receive data throughout the universe. The earth and cosmos around us are also not just made up of hard materials. The whole universe is made up of its own electro-magnetic network and energy fields. On our own we are like a microcosm, and the universe is the macrocosm, but we are all linked and interconnected electrically.
This is why scripture shows us that the earth responds to people’s lifestyle and behaviour. If the lifestyle and behaviour of the individual is generally evil, the universe will begin to repel that person.
A universal law: sin, evil, and destructive behaviour attracts disharmony, but love, and righteousness attracts, balance, harmony and order.
Cosmic energies will not flow in a way that is beneficial to those who do evil. Advanced satanists, luciferins, and occultists learned ways to temporarily postpone or circumvent resistance from the universe, but their occult ways only work temporarily. When people live righteously, concentrated in one particular location it can become obviously noticeable how they are affecting their immediate environment just by looking at the health of the land’s vegetation, crops, and weather conditions.
Leviticus 18
27 (For all these abominations have the men of the land done, which were before you, and the land is defiled;) 28 That the land spue not you out also, when ye defile it, as it spued out the nations that were before you.

Numbers 35
33 So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood it defileth the land: and the land cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it. 34 Defile not therefore the land which ye shall inhabit, wherein I dwell: for I the Lord dwell among the children of Israel.
Even though the above verses are part of the Law of Moses, there remains the basic principle that land can be defiled, or made holy and sanctified unto the Lord. Land can be blessed or cursed. Remember that God Himself laid a curse on the whole earth.
Genesis 3
17…cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; 18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;
Remember a curse is just a spoken negative, and thus a blessing is a spoken positive. Those spoken words will carry the spiritual power and energy to produce and manifest the message these words convey. When God expressed this curse, He then specified in how far this curse would affect the land. Anything God spoke over the land whether it be curse or blessing He spoke it in line with its respective covenant. When Jesus died on the cross and carried the sin of the world, He was made a curse for us. In that moment some of God’s curses and blessings and man’s curses and blessings died with Jesus on that cross. The establishing of a New Covenant and the resurrection of a New Creation became the fulfilment of Old Testament blessings. Many of the Old Testament curses weren’t fulfilled until the great Day of the Lord and judgment came upon apostate Israel, 67 – 70 A.D. when the Sinaitic Covenant was finally finished.
Galatians 3
13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
I hope you now realised, in the New Covenant God does not pronounce either a curse or a blessing upon the land. We do! People do this by what they believe, and speak, and by what they do.
I laid before you some Biblical history to show you how Old Testament believers used their faith to influence weather conditions. I also presented material evidence to show you how in this day being able to control the weather seems to have had a military objective and links in with the concept that there are those who are keen to use this evolving technology not only to manipulate the weather but even more so manipulate the masses.
There are numerous theories out there that show the most outrageous attempt and projects of geoengineering have been conducted. As already alluded to the ever-involving technology includes some technology that the general public isn’t even aware it exists and has been deployed in our recent day. Could it be that hurricane Katrina – New Orleons 2005, hurricane Irma – Sint Maartin 2017, the 2010 Haiti earthquake, the 2023 Turkey -Syria earthquake, were they the result of deployed military technology?
For those of you who live in UK, Europe, have you ever looked up at the sky and noticed the cloud formation that has been there like a cover all blanket and never seemed to move from mid January onward up to around the end of May 2023? In March 2023 I travelled by plain from West-Midlands, Birmingham UK, airport to Austria, Vienna (Schwechat) airport. That cloud formation was there from the time we left, and until the Salzburg region where it began to break up. It was interesting to see how we flew above that blanket of cloud where the weather was just beautiful. Underneath for people on the ground the sky was just like a grey foggy blanket blocking out most of the sunlight.
There are other interesting factors I noticed about this phenomena. Throughout those months it did not rain, or hardly. Even though the air was cold and humid. Plants and trees were dying, and crops were failing all over Europe. Yet, in Ukraine it rained almost non-stop and from hearing testimonies, the land there looked completely swamped with water. The consequence of that rain and soggy soil was that neither Russian soldier, or Ukrainian soldiers could properly advance with heavy artillery. Having checked a special live weather app, it looked like the cloud formation over our part of Europe would slowly travel up until it would move to the north of the Alps in the Salzburg, Austria area and come back down to release it’s rain over Ukraine. Is all this a coincidence? It certainly could be. Is it possible that there is a human technology at play here? Based on the information we have there is a possibility this could be true. Is it just a conspiracy theory as with all the 5G and other theories out there?
The other day I was listening to the news where it was reported that some woman was arrested because she had attacked nine 5G masts causing criminal damage to them. The news announcer said that the woman held to a wild conspiracy theory claiming that the 5G masts were the cause for Covid-19. The way this was broadcasted and what was said about this woman made her look like a complete nutjob.
After all I have seen in the last three years since March 2020, I want to take a step back and ask honest questions. I don’t want to adopt anyone else’s view unless I have done some serious work myself to get at least enough information to come to some sort of sound conclusion.
By the way, what is a conspiracy theory? The Cambridge dictionary defines the word conspiracy as: “the activity of secretly planning with other people to do something bad or illegal”
The theory part is just to say that someone has a theory about an existing conspiracy.
But for investigators such as Police officers, and Detectives investigating crime could it be likely that some of these theories are true or at least very close to the truth? Could it be that on the balance of probability it is likely that 5G is a health risk at least? We already know that mobile phones are proven to be carcinogenic. Even though we have been told by the expert scientists that there is no risk to health with regards to phones, or 5G. More than 60 years ago Dr’s were officially stating that smoking was good for your health? I will say here that I’m not against technology, on the contrary, I believe that God gives us the knowledge to develop new technologies that can truly benefit our planet, and heal illnesses, but the technology must be rigorously tested and proven 100% safe. When mammoth profits become the sole incentive to put technology out there, it is easy to buy scientists and Dr’s to produce studies in favour of the company and its products.
Now we believers are called upon to pray for our climate and weather conditions across the world. And from Elijah we learn that praying for the weather is one of the easiest things to pray for and see results.
We must speak our faith, and command divine balance and order into the earth’s atmosphere, climate, and weather conditions.
If we see no change still, go before the Judge in Heavens court, and plead on behalf of the people. We (the people) were crucified in Jesus. Yes, we were guilty of sin, but we (the people) are dead in the death of Jesus. By the blood of Jesus presented in the Holy of Holies we (the people) are forgiven of all the debt of sin, and Jesus, the Lamb of God carries away all that sin. We (the people) are born a new creation in Christ Jesus, united in the resurrection life of Christ Jesus, one spirit with him. Christ Jesus is our wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption.
*For serious intercession on behalf of our world. As for those people who are truly comitted to evil, who are pursuing their lust for control of all resources (including people) in this world, who have given themselves over to following the dictates of satan, who reject the truth and are willing to cause harm and injury to people and this planet in order to push their agenda, and who remain unrepentant. Their sin is retained unto them, their wickedness is returned upon their own heads. The blood of the people whom they have harmed testifies against them, the soil of the earth that drank their blood testifies against them, the universe testifies against them. They are delivered unto satan for the destruction of their flesh, and should they not repent betimes, their flesh may well be destroyed. They are exposed and identified in this world for whom they are and what they have done, and what they are trying to do. They are to be removed from their position of influence, and their means to influence removed from them with immediate effect. I pray that the right people and authorities are deployed to apprehend them, for them to be tried in the appropriate courts of law, and if found guilty, to be sentenced accordingly, for the protection of the people, and this planet.
All evil words of unbelief, occult spells, and witchcraft against the earth’s natural balance is judged, condemned, and destroyed in the death of Jesus on that cross and conquered and overcome by His resurrection.
I declare Jesus the King of Kings and Lord of Lords rules the heavens and the earth and I decree His divine balance and order in all the earths climate, atmosphere, and weather conditions.
Pray like this and watch the weather in your area quickly improve. Any geoengineering weather condition will also be removed from the skies. Sometimes instantly, and sometimes because you prayed, the process of your manifested answer has now began.
